Four sons. — SoD
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Four Sons is an extra large underground map of 144 by 144 tiles, set in a mountain kingdom split among a late king's sons after they quarreled. Dark forces then attack, and the player is a prince aiming to defeat all rivals and restore the empire. Six colors play, four open to humans, with Orange and Teal computer-only and no teams. The factions are Rampart, Tower, Conflux, Necropolis, Inferno and Dungeon. Terrain is mostly rock, lava and grass, with no water. The map holds 44 towns, 12 heroes, 110 mines, and wandering Titans and Phoenixes. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes.
