Európa — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Európa is a large underground map measuring 108 by 108, played at Normal difficulty on the Restoration of Erathia version. It supports eight players, all of whom can be human, with no teams and no computer-only colors. The map is mostly rock, with water covering about a fifth of its surface and grass making up another fifth. Each player starts with a combination of two or three factions, drawn from Castle, Rampart, Tower, Inferno, Stronghold, Dungeon, Fortress, and Necropolis. Victory requires defeating every enemy, and a player loses once all of their towns and heroes are gone. The map holds 24 towns and 26 starting heroes, with wandering Wyverns, Stone Golems, and Angels among its monster stacks. Mines, seer huts, creature banks, and a number of rare artifacts are scattered across the terrain.
