Europa — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Europa is an extra large underground map on a 144 by 144 grid for eight players, all of whom can be human, with no teams and random factions. The author sets it after half a century of peace that followed the Second World War, when a greedy, envious villain born in Germany turns European nations against one another, hoping to rule once they destroy themselves. Terrain is mostly rock and sand, with grass, snow, and a little water. Players win by defeating all enemies and lose when they have no towns or heroes left. The map holds nine towns, twelve heroes placed, 86 mines, 20 creature banks, and eight monoliths and portals.
