Eden is an extra large underground map for eight players, split into two teams, where a demon named Na'buun is trapped inside a vast labyrinth while his followers prepare for war. The map covers 144 by 144 tiles and is set at normal difficulty, with rock and subterranean terrain making up most of its surface alongside grass and water. Eight factions are in play, one per player: Castle, Tower, Dungeon, Rampart, Fortress, Necropolis, Stronghold and Inferno, and all eight seats can be filled by humans. Victory requires defeating every enemy, while a player loses once all their towns and heroes are gone. The world holds ten towns and a large number of wandering monsters, including Chaos Hydras, Wyvern Monarchs and Cyclops Kings, plus three Pendants placed on the map, namely Death, Holiness and Life.
