Darknight — AB

Darknight is a large two-player map for Armageddon's Blade, measuring 108 by 108 tiles on a single surface level. One side plays Necropolis in blue and the other plays Castle in pink, with each player controlling one human seat and no computer-only colors or teams. The author frames it as a war fought over a region where necromancers have stirred up dark forces, and the goal is to eliminate every enemy. A player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Grass covers nearly half the map, with dirt, lava, and snow making up the rest. Six towns, 13 mines, 8 creature banks, and 2 seer huts are scattered across the terrain, along with 56 wandering monster stacks and a range of dwellings. Several artifacts, including the Golden Bow, Helm of Chaos, and Cape of Velocity, are placed around the map.
