Dark Atlantis — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Dark Atlantis is a medium underground map of 72 by 72 tiles, built for the Restoration of Erathia version and set at Normal difficulty. Six players are placed, with five slots open to human control and one reserved for the computer, and no fixed teams. Each player starts with a different town type: Tower, Castle, Dungeon, Fortress, Rampart, and Necropolis. The map's description calls for restoring a lost city and bringing the surrounding lands under one banner. Victory comes from defeating every enemy, and a player loses once all towns and heroes are gone. Rock covers about a third of the terrain, with grass, dirt, and water filling most of the rest. The map holds wandering skeletons, black dragons, and archangels, along with many artifacts, mines, seer huts, and over a hundred monoliths and portals.
