Clash of the Titans (Teams) — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Clash of the Titans (Teams) is a large 108 by 108 map for Restoration of Erathia, with an underground level and a hard difficulty setting. Eight players share the island, all of them human-controllable, split into four teams. The factions are Stronghold, Castle, Rampart, Tower, and Inferno, with two players on several of them. Victory comes from defeating every enemy, and a player loses once all towns and heroes are gone. Roughly a third of the map is water, with much of the rest rocky ground and some subterranean terrain. Wandering monsters, such as Pikemen, Orcs, Archers, and Griffins, roam the land, and the map holds sixty-three mines, seven creature banks, and a number of artifacts, including the Boots of Speed and the Cape of Conjuring. Seer huts and monoliths help move between areas.
