Chaos — RoE

Chaos is an extra large underground map for Restoration of Erathia, measuring 144 by 144 and set at normal difficulty. Five players share three teams, with up to four human participants, and the Red player is computer-controlled. Red fields Inferno and Fortress, while the other colors receive random factions. The map depicts a demonic incursion into the lands, and teams race to capture one key stronghold first. A player is defeated by losing all towns and heroes. Ten towns are scattered across a surface dominated by rock, water, and subterranean terrain. Wandering threats include hydras, behemoths, and devil stacks, and placed artifacts include the Endless Sack of Gold and the Amulet of the Undertaker, alongside 168 random monster stacks.
