Centralní Aréna is a medium underground map of 72 by 72 tiles for eight players, all of whom can be human, with no teams. According to the author, the players are exiled outcasts and wanderers who settle matters on equal terms in an arena where the center offers advantages but carries danger. Each player starts with a random faction, and the difficulty is set to Impossible. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once all their towns and heroes are gone. The terrain is mostly rock and dirt, with some grass. Notable features include a Gold Dragon and a Stormbird as wandering monsters, nine towns, 23 randomly placed artifacts, 16 mines, 16 seer huts, four monoliths and portals, and five timed events.
