Castle vs. Inferno — WoG

Castle vs. Inferno is an extra large 144x144 two-player map with an underground level, rated hard, and designed for two human players at most. Red plays Inferno and Blue plays Castle, with no teams and no computer-only colors. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once all their towns and heroes are gone. The land is mostly rock, with water covering about 39 percent of the surface and small patches of lava. Three towns, two starting heroes, and many wandering monsters fill the map, including rogues, crystal dragons, diamond golems, and a single angel, devil, and phoenix. Notable placed items include the Cape of Velocity, the Endless Purse of Gold, and the Pendant of Negativity, and the Grail is present. The map also features 14 mines, 14 creature banks, 13 monoliths and portals, and 27 random artifacts.
