Before the Rings — RoE

Overview

Written from the facts in this map's file

Before the Rings is an Extra Large two-level map of 144 by 144 tiles, set for Restoration of Erathia and rated Impossible. Eight players can all be human, with no teams and no computer-only colors. The factions are Rampart, Tower, Castle, Stronghold, two Dungeon players, and two Inferno players. Swamp and lava make up most of the land, with grass and water covering the rest. The map holds 48 towns, 140 mines, 24 creature banks, and 4 monoliths and portals, along with 21 random artifacts and placed artifacts such as Angel Wings and Boots of Speed. Wandering Black Dragons, Arch Devils, and Skeleton Warriors roam the land. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing every town and hero.

A great two level XXX-large map with plenty of everything. Don't plan on going anywhere for a few days. Good luck!
