Battle for Pellennor is a large 108 by 108 map for Restoration of Erathia, with underground levels and an Expert difficulty setting. Six players share the map in four teams, with up to three human seats, while Green, Orange and Purple are computer-controlled. Red plays Necropolis, Blue Tower, Green Fortress, Orange Dungeon, Purple Inferno and Teal Castle. The author's note describes a land that has fallen from peace into rival lords' wars, with the aim of ending the conflict by defeating every opponent. A player is eliminated after losing all towns and heroes. Water covers about 23 percent of the terrain. Notable finds include the Grail, the Sword of Judgement and the Arms of Legion, alongside 19 towns, 67 mines and 224 random monster stacks.
