Baronowie — WoG
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Baronowie is a large 108 by 108 map with an underground level, designed for expert play. Eight colours take part, with up to six human players and two computer-only players, Orange and Teal, across seven teams. The factions include Castle, Fortress, Necropolis, Conflux and Dungeon. The author's description, translated, says that in the old days power and fame could only be won with a sword, and the goal is to grow rich and famous by defeating the rivals who dared to oppose you. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses when they have no towns or heroes left. The terrain is mostly rock, grass and swamp, with very little water. The map holds 17 towns, the Grail, 42 mines, 26 monoliths and portals, and wandering stacks of Azure Dragons and Medusa Queens.
