ARMAGEDDON — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
ARMAGEDDON is an extra large 144 by 144 underground-enabled map for Restoration of Erathia, designed for eight colors at Expert difficulty, with six seats open to human players and Teal and Pink reserved for the computer. Three teams are set up, and each color starts with a different faction, from Tower and Rampart to Dungeon, Stronghold and Fortress. The win condition is to defeat all enemies, and a player is eliminated after losing every town and hero. The land is mostly rock, grass, snow and lava, with a small share of water. Wandering monsters such as Gold Golems, Fire Elementals and Minotaur Kings roam the field, and the map holds the Grail, a set of Legion armor pieces and numerous mines, creature banks and random artifacts.
