1937-1945 — SoD
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
This large 108 by 108 underground map is built around the 1937 to 1945 war period. The author's description reflects on that history and on later tensions with Japan. Four players can take part, with three human seats and a computer-only Pink side, split into two teams. Red plays Castle, Green plays Inferno, Teal has Castle, Rampart, Tower and Stronghold, and Pink has Castle and Necropolis. Water covers 56 percent of the map. Victory comes from acquiring the Angelic Alliance artifact, and a player is defeated by losing all towns and heroes. The map has 22 towns, 19 heroes, 50 mines and 16 monoliths and portals. Expert difficulty applies, with hero levels capped at 15.
