Zaginiona kraina is a large, underground-enabled Heroes III map measuring 108 by 108 tiles, set for five players with four human seats at most. Red and Green team up against Blue and Tan, while the computer-only Orange player forms a third side. The factions are random for every player except Orange, which is fixed as Dungeon. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing every town and hero. The terrain is mostly rock, grass and subterranean ground, with no water. Sixteen towns and eight starting heroes are spread across the map, which also holds sixty-eight mines, fourteen creature banks, five monoliths and portals, and a Grail. Among the placed artifacts are Boots of Speed and the Helm of Chaos. The map is rated Expert, and the author notes that the Orange player is likely the hardest opponent.
