World Domination — SoD

World Domination is an extra large Shadow of Death map measuring 144 by 144, with an underground level and Normal difficulty. Four players can all be human, and there are no teams. Each side receives a random faction, and victory requires defeating all enemies, while a player loses once all towns and heroes are gone. The theme is four rival powers at war over the world, with the choice of which kingdom to back left to the player. Rock covers nearly half the terrain, with water, grass and lava making up the rest. Twelve towns and eight starting heroes are placed, along with many mines, creature banks, seer huts and quest guards. Azure Dragons are the most common wandering force and also guard a dwelling, and artifacts such as Titan's Thunder and Angelic Alliance lie across the map.
