Wings of War — RoE

Wings of War is a hard-difficulty surface map measuring 72 by 72 tiles. Griffins have been spreading across the land, and their king appears to be plotting to take over the world, so the player must stop him. Five colors take part, with up to two human players. Red, Orange, and Pink are computer-only, and no teams are set. Orange plays as Castle, while the other factions are random. Water covers just over half the map, with snow, sand, and dirt making up most of the rest. Royal Griffin and Griffin stacks roam the land, and the map includes seven placed artifacts, fifteen random ones, 24 mines, and three creature banks. Victory requires defeating a specific hero, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes.
