Water Magic is a small 36x36 Heroes of Might and Magic III map for the Shadow of Death expansion, rated Expert, with a single surface level and no underground. It supports four players, with only one human player allowed, and the other three seats (Tan, Green and Pink) are computer-controlled. Blue plays Conflux, Tan plays Necropolis, Green plays Castle and Pink plays Inferno, and there are no teams. Terrain is mostly grass, with water, lava and snow covering the rest. The victory condition is to acquire a specific artifact, the Tome of Water Magic, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Notable features include the Boots of Speed, the Vial of Dragon Blood, several creature dwellings, six mines, and a few guarded treasures and monoliths scattered across the map.
