Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
This Hard difficulty underground map covers 72 by 72 tiles and is built for Shadow of Death. The story follows a prince who has barely rested after a triumph when news arrives that a restless dragon has run into trouble among the Dragons of Krekskell, and his loyal companion sets out to help. Five players can take part, with one human seat and four computer-controlled colors, and there are no teams. The factions are Fortress, Stronghold, Dungeon, Rampart, and Necropolis. Victory requires transporting a specific artifact, and the game is lost if a particular hero dies. The terrain is mostly rough, swamp, and rock, with some subterranean ground. The Grail is on the map, along with 56 mines, 15 towns, and 38 monoliths and portals.
