The Castle player in Red is yours, while the Necropolis in Blue and three Rampart players in Tan, Green, and Orange are run by the computer. There are no teams. You are sent to clear the area of four rival factions, and the hardest task is reaching an army that has entrenched itself on nearly inaccessible ground. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and you lose if a specific hero falls. Grass covers about half the land, with rock, subterranean, and snow areas and some water. Notable finds include the Grail, the Bow of the Sharpshooter, the Cape of Velocity, and two monoliths and portals.
