Underworld — SoD

Underworld is a large underground map measuring 108 by 108 tiles, played on a single level beneath the surface. It supports four players, but only one can be human, with the Red player controlled by the user and Blue, Tan and Green handled by the computer. There are no teams. Red plays as Tower, Blue combines Rampart and Stronghold, Tan is Inferno and Green is Dungeon. Terrain is mostly rock and dirt, with grass and lava patches, and no water. Victory requires defeating all enemies, while a player loses once all their towns and heroes are gone. The map holds five towns and five heroes, along with 26 mines and a creature bank. Wandering monsters include a Troll, Wyvern Monarch, several elemental types and a Firebird, and the dwellings offer golems, gremlins and trolls. Players can also find a range of Legion and dragon-themed artifacts.
