Umarł król... Niech żyje król! — RoE

The King Is Dead... Long Live the King! is a Hard map for Restoration of Erathia, set on a medium 72 by 72 board with underground levels. Four players take part, but only one can be human, and Red, Tan and Green are computer controlled. There are no teams. The factions are Stronghold for Red, Rampart for Blue, Fortress for Tan and Tower for Green. The story follows a ruler who falls ill with a mysterious sickness soon after taking the throne. Rock covers about 42 percent of the land, with water at 20 percent and snow at 10 percent. Five towns, 25 mines, five seer huts, three creature banks and seven timed events are spread across the map, alongside 38 random monster stacks. Victory requires transporting a specific artifact, and losing a specific hero ends the game.
