Tierra Maldita_1.5 — RoE

Tierra Maldita, or Cursed Land, is a medium 72 by 72 underground map for Restoration of Erathia, rated Impossible. Four players take part, with up to three human players and Green controlled by the computer alone. There are no teams. Tan plays Necropolis, Green plays Tower, and Red and Blue receive random factions. The setup has the player settling a realm that a rival with the same aims has also claimed, while a powerful lich who rules the land is coveted by a mage guild. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Rock covers about a third of the terrain and water about a fifth. The map holds four liches, three chaos hydras, 21 artifacts, 20 mines and 16 creature banks across seven towns.
