It supports eight players, six of them human, with Tan and Pink reserved for the computer, and it has no fixed teams. Each color starts with a different town type, from Castle and Stronghold through Inferno. Victory requires defeating every enemy, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Inspired by Robert Jordan's novel, the story centers on breaking the seals of a prison and confronting its master, which means uniting the lands first. The map holds the Grail, Armageddon's Blade, and 246 random monster stacks.
