The Quest for Dragon — AB
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
The Quest for Dragon is a medium underground map for Armageddon's Blade, spanning 72 by 72 tiles with a single level below ground. It is set up for four players, though only one can be human, so the other three colors (Green, Purple and Teal) are computer-controlled. Each player is assigned a different faction: Castle for Red, Rampart for Green, Inferno for Purple and Fortress for Teal, and no teams are used. The objective is to defeat one specific monster, and a player loses once all towns and heroes are gone. Rock covers about two fifths of the terrain, with water, rough ground and sand making up most of the rest. Players will find wandering Bone Dragons and a number of dwellings, along with a scattering of artifacts and the Grail. A timed event and several monoliths and portals also shape movement across the map.
