The power of ONE! — SoD
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
The Power of ONE! is a large 108 by 108 Heroes of Might and Magic III map for the Shadow of Death expansion, with an underground level and an Expert rating. The author describes it as built for highly skilled players. Five colors take part, but only one seat is meant for a human, and the other four are computer-controlled, split across three teams. Red holds Dungeon, Stronghold and Fortress towns, Green mixes five factions, and Blue, Tan and Orange each hold one. Grass covers about half the map, water roughly a quarter, and subterranean and swamp tiles make up the rest. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing every town and hero. Highlights include 25 towns, 79 mines, 38 creature banks, and artifacts such as the Speculum and Dragon Scale Armor.
