The Evil — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
The Evil is a seven-player map for Heroes of Might and Magic III, set on an extra large 144 by 144 grid with underground levels and rated expert. Up to three humans can take part, and the colors form two teams. The Good alliance of Red, Blue and Green plays Tower, Castle and Rampart against the Evil side of Tan, Orange, Teal and Pink, which play Fortress, Dungeon, Necropolis and Stronghold. Rock covers about 42 percent of the terrain, with grass, water and swamp making up much of the rest. The map includes 29 towns, 16 heroes, 140 mines and the Grail, plus many artifacts and frequent Water Elemental stacks. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing every town and hero.
