Sunhawk — SoD

Sunhawk is a medium-sized underground map of 72 by 72 tiles, rated Hard, for four players with only one human seat and three computer-controlled colors. Its author's description casts the player as a hero sent to hunt down an evil prince who attacked home, with the wider land behind the quest. Rock covers a large share of the surface and water about a third, with dirt making up a little more. Teams are not used, and the victory condition is to acquire one specific artifact, while losing one specific hero ends the game. The Blue player begins as Dungeon, the others draw random factions. Notable features include a Shield of the Dwarven Lords placed on the map, a set of wandering monsters such as Gold Dragons and Iron Golems, and four monoliths and portals. The map also holds 23 mines and five towns.
