Stonehenge — RoE

Stonehenge is a medium 72 by 72 map with an underground level, rated easy, for three players, with only one seat open to a human. The computer-controlled Teal and Pink players field Necropolis and Inferno, while the human side, Red, plays Rampart. There are no teams. Victory requires acquiring one specific artifact, the ring of life, which the evil forces hold at the Stonehenge circle, and the human player loses if the hero Orrin falls. The land is roughly four-tenths rock, with water covering about a quarter and lava around a eighth. Wandering monsters include skeletons, devils, and pit fiends, and dwellings hold creatures such as angels, medusas, and cyclops. Seventeen mines, five towns, and a scattering of artifacts, seer huts, and creature banks round out the map.
