Slay the Beasts! is a large 108 by 108 map for Shadow of Death, with an underground level and a Hard difficulty setting. Three human players can take part, with no teams and no computer-only colors. Red plays Castle, Blue plays Tower, and Tan plays Stronghold. The aim is to be first to kill the black dragons, and the game is lost if the 168-day limit runs out. Water covers about 30 percent of the map and lava about 15 percent, while dirt and grass each cover about 13 percent. Ten towns, four starting heroes, 56 mines, and eight monoliths and portals are spread across the map, along with wandering Archangel, Titan, and Cyclops King stacks.
