Secure This Sector — RoE

Secure This Sector is a medium-sized map measuring 72 by 72 tiles, played on the surface with no underground level. It supports six players, all of whom may be human, with no teams and no computer-only colors. Two colors are assigned random factions, while the other four are fixed as Stronghold, Tower, Rampart and Necropolis. The map is built mainly from dirt, sand, grass and snow, with no water. Its author describes it as a sector the player must take from rival forces by attacking their fortifications and holding them. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The map holds six towns, eight heroes, 62 wandering monster stacks, 23 mines, 17 scattered artifacts, four creature banks, four monoliths or portals, and six timed events. Dwellings hold Air, Earth, Fire and Water Elementals.
