Satan — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Satan is an extra large surface map measuring 144 by 144 for Restoration of Erathia, rated Expert. Its story has Satan seizing control of the island, and the player's task is to find him and bring him down. Eight players share the field, with up to five controlled by humans and three computer-only colors. Six teams compete, and each color plays a different town type, from Inferno and Castle to Stronghold. Water covers about a third of the land, with dirt, grass and lava making up the rest. Victory requires defeating one specific hero, and a player loses after losing all towns and heroes. The map holds 20 towns, 66 mines, 83 random artifacts, the Grail, 11 creature banks, and 151 random monster stacks.
