Roads to Hell — RoE

Roads to Hell is a medium 72x72 underground map for Heroes of Might and Magic III: Restoration of Erathia, rated at the Impossible difficulty. It has three players, Red, Blue and Green, with Green controlled by the computer only, so at most two humans can take part. There are no teams, and each player starts with a random faction. Victory requires defeating one specific hero, while a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The terrain is mostly grass and dirt, with water covering about 17 percent of the surface. Fourteen heroes and seven towns are placed across the map, joined by wandering monsters such as Red Dragons, Titans, Mighty Gorgons, a Chaos Hydra and an Ancient Behemoth. Ten named artifacts, including the four tomes of magic, sit alongside many mines, seer huts and creature banks.
