Ring of Luck — WoG
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Ring of Luck is a medium 72 by 72 underground map for In the Wake of Gods, set on Impossible difficulty. Six players form three teams, and only one seat can be human. Dungeon, Tower, Fortress, Castle and Inferno all appear. The author's note points to defeating the combined Red and Orange alliance, which fields many Archdevil castles early. Victory comes from accumulating a large stockpile of gems, while losing all towns and heroes ends a player's game. Terrain is mostly lava, snow, swamp and dirt, with 36 towns and 71 mines. Placed artifacts include Armageddon's Blade and the Crown of the Supreme Magi.
