Reve de fer — RoE

Reve de fer is a medium underground map of 72 by 72 tiles, rated hard, that runs for three players with only one human seat. The two computer-controlled colors are Blue, playing Stronghold, and Purple, playing Inferno, while the human side is Orange, playing Rampart. There are no teams. A victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once all towns and heroes are gone. The terrain is mostly rock, with grass, sand, and subterranean ground, and there is almost no water. The author describes a demon drying out the elven lands and hiring a barbarian warrior to oppose the player. Nine towns, a single starting hero, and fourteen creature banks spread across the map. Notable placements include a Grail, a set of artifacts such as the Crown of the Supreme Magi and Dragon Scale Armor, and four Orc Chieftain stacks among the wandering monsters.
