Rebels 8 continues the Rebels campaign after four Lords of Horizon fall, moving the action to Rainbow Island. This extra large 144 by 144 underground map is set in Yerr, the ancient capital of the world, and is played at Expert difficulty. Eight players share the field, with only one allowed to be human, and the rest are computer controlled in three teams. Factions include Dungeon, Fortress, Castle, Stronghold, Rampart, Tower, and Necropolis, while Teal is random. Victory requires flagging all creature dwellings, and a player loses if a specific hero is lost. Rock covers about 31 percent and water 22 percent. Highlights include 30 towns, 24 creature banks, 46 mines, and 14 monoliths and portals.

Continuation map #8 of the Rebels Campaign. After defeating of four Lords of Horizon you go to the Rainbow Island. Here in Yerr, the ancient capitol of the whole world you are crowned as the king Depierrelles I.
