Rampage is a medium 72 by 72 map with an underground level, built for four players, all of whom may be human, with no teams and no computer-only colours. Blue plays Rampart and Inferno, Green plays Necropolis and Conflux, Purple plays Tower and Fortress, and Teal plays Dungeon and Stronghold. Victory comes from defeating every enemy, and a player loses once all towns and heroes are gone. The difficulty is set to hard. Roughly a fifth of the land is water, with subterranean, grass and rock terrain making up the rest. Ten towns are spread across the map, along with 36 mines, ten creature banks, three seer huts and four monoliths or portals. The Grail is placed on the map, alongside a Ballista, an Ogre's Club of Havoc and several other artifacts.
