Quest Mania — AB
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Quest Mania is a medium 72x72 map for Armageddon's Blade, with an underground level and an Expert difficulty rating. Four players are set up, but only one can be human, with Red, Green and Purple left to the computer, and there are no teams. The factions are Inferno for Red and Purple, Rampart for Blue and Fortress for Green. Victory requires capturing one particular town named Ropena, which is hidden somewhere in the dungeon, and the game is lost if the 112-day timer runs out. Rock covers about 39 percent of the terrain, with swamp, lava and water making up much of the rest. Notable features include the Grail, three seer huts with quest guards, seven creature banks, and nine named artifacts such as the Helm of the Alabaster Unicorn and the Golden Bow.
