Pirates of the caribbean — SoD
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Pirates of the Caribbean is an extra large, expert-level map on a 144 by 144 grid with an underground level. The author's description says players hunt hidden treasure, plunder towns and castles, and defeat rival pirates. Eight players take part, with one human seat and seven computer-controlled colors split into two teams. The factions are Castle, Inferno, Necropolis, Rampart, Dungeon, Stronghold, Fortress and Conflux. Water covers 68 percent of the terrain. The map holds 47 towns, 23 heroes and the Grail, along with 53 random artifacts, placed relics such as the Endless Purse of Gold, and 71 creature banks. Victory requires defeating all enemies, while a player loses by losing every town and hero.
