The factions are Tower (for two players), Dungeon, Castle, Inferno, Rampart, Necropolis, and Pink's Stronghold and Fortress. The premise is a divided kingdom that many heroes try to reunite by force, with rumors of formidable warriors beyond the Great Sea and wizards to the north as the main concern. Water covers about a quarter of the terrain. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once all their towns and heroes are gone. Notable finds include the Grail, 74 mines, 14 creature banks, and 64 random artifacts.
