Odzyskanie Twierdzy — SoD

Odzyskanie Twierdzy is a medium 72x72 map for Shadow of Death with an underground level, set on Impossible difficulty. It is built for seven players, with only one human seat and six computer-controlled colors: Red, Blue, Green, Orange, Purple and Teal. There are no teams. The factions in play are Inferno, Castle, Stronghold (two players), Rampart, Necropolis and Fortress. The author's description frames the story as a hero reclaiming a father's town from a usurper, and the win condition is capturing one specific town, while losing one specific hero ends the game. About a quarter of the terrain is water, and rock makes up nearly half. The map holds 13 towns, 37 mines and several wandering stacks, including Hydra groups, Ancient Behemoths, and a Phoenix, plus a range of placed artifacts such as the Sword of Hellfire and the Ring of Infinite Gems.
