Most Dwarves Roast Hydras is an extra large underground map of 144 by 144 tiles for Restoration of Erathia, played at normal difficulty. Six players share the field across three teams, but only one can be human, with the other five controlled by the computer. The factions vary widely from player to player, and the win condition is to defeat every enemy, while the game is lost if a specific hero falls. Rock covers about two fifths of the terrain, with water, grass and swamp making up most of the rest. The map holds thirty towns, many mines and monoliths, and a Grail. Wandering Medusas, Medusa Queens and elementals are common, and placed artifacts include several boots and rings. The author's note describes a quiet rest after a battle with a sorceress.
