Mines of Moria — AB

Overview

Written from the facts in this map's file

Mines of Moria is a hard, underground map for Armageddon's Blade on a medium 72 by 72 grid. Two players take part, but only one can be human, while Blue is reserved for the computer and there are no teams. Red plays Rampart and Blue plays Dungeon. The goal is to carry a specific artifact to a Rampart town, and a side loses once it has no towns or heroes left. Rock covers over half the map, with subterranean, dirt and grass making up most of the rest, and water is scarce. Four towns, sixteen mines, two monoliths or portals, wandering monsters, dwellings and many artifacts are scattered across it.

Author's description

You must bring the ring of life to the Rampart "Lorien". The way will be trecherous because you must use the old dwarven tunnels below the Misty Mountains.
