Megalopolis is an extra large underground map for Armageddon's Blade, measuring 144 by 144 tiles and built for four players at expert difficulty. Only one seat is human, while the Red, Tan and Purple players are computer controlled, and the players form two teams. Blue plays Tower, Red and Tan play Castle, and Purple plays Necropolis. The backstory describes a land wrecked by a long war after a wizard enslaved its knights, and a knight named Eviscreator built a capital in a forest there. Rock covers about half the map, with grass, water and dirt making up the rest. Twenty towns and 57 mines sit alongside wandering Master Genies and Champions, plus artifacts such as Titan's Gladius. Victory requires capturing a specific town, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes.
