Tear of the Sunset is an extra large 144 by 144 map for In the Wake of Gods, with an underground level and Normal difficulty. Its title and description suggest a darkness spreading over the land, with a single artifact offering hope. Eight players share the map. Up to four can be human, and the other four colors are computer-controlled. They form five teams. Factions include Castle, Rampart, Tower, Conflux, Inferno, Stronghold and Necropolis, and some players start with two or three. Victory requires transporting a specific artifact, and the game is lost if time runs out after 336 days. Notable features include the Grail, the Pendant of Life and several Orbs, along with wandering Azure Dragons, 34 towns and 105 mines.
