This extra large 144 by 144 map includes an underground level and is set in an archipelago whose gods have abandoned the land, leaving heroes to win them back. Eight players each control one of the eight factions, all of whom can be human, and there are no teams. Victory comes from building a Grail structure, while a player is eliminated after losing all towns and heroes. Rock covers about 44 percent of the map and water about 38 percent, so crossing islands and reaching resources takes planning. The map holds 32 towns, 56 mines and 49 monoliths and portals, along with the Grail, four magic tomes and several orbs. Elementals, dragons, titans and archangels roam the lands. The difficulty is set to impossible.
