Казаки — WoG

Казаки is a large 108 by 108 map for six players, all of whom can be human, with no teams and no computer-only colors. It is set on the surface, at Normal difficulty, and was built for In the Wake of Gods. The author describes it as a sweeping story of sixteenth-century Eastern Europe, where Russians, Poles, Lithuanians, Swedes, Tatars and Ukrainian Cossacks clash across open steppe. Players take one of six factions: Dungeon, Castle, Tower, Stronghold, Conflux and Rampart. Terrain is mostly grass, with snow, water and some dirt. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The map holds 19 towns, 12 heroes, 46 mines, six creature banks, 25 random artifacts and seven timed events, plus a scattering of wandering monsters.
