War of Governments is a large underground map for five players, set in the In the Wake of Gods version at Normal difficulty. Each seat plays a different faction: Castle, Tower, Rampart, Stronghold, or Inferno. All five can be human-controlled, and there are no teams. The premise is a rivalry among five forms of rule, each with a slight advantage in its own direction, and the aim is to claim the Power of the Dragon Father. Rock covers about half of the 108 by 108 map, and water makes up roughly a fifth. Ice Elementals roam the land, and twenty monoliths and portals help with travel. A player is eliminated after losing all towns and heroes.
