"Битва Героев" translates as "Battle of Heroes." According to the author, Armageddon in 2007 left much of the elven continent covered in sulfur emissions, so its people opened a portal and began planned resettlement to new lands. The extra large surface map covers 144 by 144 tiles, with 42 percent water, and is set to Expert difficulty in the In the Wake of Gods version. Four players share it, with at most two human seats. Red and Tan are computer-only, and the two teams are split across the colors. Castle, Rampart, Inferno, Necropolis, and Conflux are in play. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing every town and hero. The map holds 11 towns, 118 mines, and artifacts such as the Crown of the Supreme Magi, along with roaming Beholders and Silver Pegasus stacks.
